Up, Out, & Away

Following Jesus means following him up and out and away from following our own wills.
When our Lord says to repent for the kingdom of God is at hand, he means, in part, to turn towards the way he’d have us go and away from the way our pride wants to go.
Following Jesus is life. Following our wills causes us to want something more in life.
