Trust God
Posted on February 19, 2008

No matter what today held, tomorrow is a new day. And tomorrow is another day that God will continue to craft us into the image of His Son.
Despite the weight of the present day, tomorrow is in the Lord’s hands. And he makes no mistakes and his grace is ever-present.
We can see just a bit ahead of us, but we cannot see where the road leads. And it may not lead where we exactly want it to lead, but it is the Lord who knows and plans our future.
Our days are in his hands. We can trust him.

Steve,
You have NO idea how this post ministered to me today! It is so on target for the things that are heavy on my heart. How amazing it is that God will continually speak to us and affirm His wonderful providential care!
Thank you for allowing Him to use you to write this post. And thank you for the awesome picture, too. (I LOVE TREES!!)
Thanks Linda. I have struggled myself of late and I was sort of preaching to myself.
Steve,
Isn’t it amazing that when we preach to ourselves, we touch others as well. I tend to give the impression that all is well with me and my life, but when I am honest, and share my struggles, then is when others seem to admit they are struggling too. We are all human, but what a comfort to know that our days are in His hands. We know in our hearts we can trust him - if only we will actually do it.
Thanks for sharing, I too enjoyed (and needed) this post!
Jonell
Thanks Jonell. I feel the same way.
