Going Uphill Joyfully, Steadily

Character and joy are siblings.
And character is best gained by going steadily uphill in the moral direction we need to go.
Today, tomorrow, and the next day we need to stick to our principles. In that pursuit there is real and lasting joy.
Yes, it’s an uphill pursuit, but is the downhill slide praiseworthy?
We can go all things through Christ who gives us strength. We can do it. Lean on your Savior. Thrive in the joy of character.
